Generals?

Many people are unaware of this but, in order for shu to gain more generals, we need to fight foreign Melee's, once the foreign factions points are low enough we take them over and gain the gen that's fighting for them, im assuming at that point another foreign faction will emerge with another gen. at the moment Shu only has the three generals, The team of brothers, and we are fighting GZ and TD at the moment, once we defeat GZ we get Zhao Yun as he is fighting for them, and so on with all the rest, the list of who we can get and what they give as a bonus skill is below.



To switch officers, you need a high enough trust level with them, only way to tell what trust you have if the say "What do you want" or something rude like that, the trust is to low to switch to them, if they are nice to you, your goo. also you take a penalty from your current officer when you switch.. the other way to do it is with AP, and a reincarnation orb, just switch to the same faction your in and you get to choose a new officer, but all trust across all officers is reset when you do it this way.

Ways to gain trust with an officer you can't do quests for?
simple, but takes a long time, each time you do a custom melee with the "Random include enemy generals" option you have a chance for the enemy officer as well as one of your officers to join you, when this happens, keeping yours alive, killing the enemy one all gives trust, with the gen thats up ( so lui bei Pops, trust goes to him only) also your performance during the match, more honor you get more trust you get for that match.. and melee's make this a slow process, if you can do it during a campaign it will greatly increase how much trust you get, not only because you can choose the officer and farm it till the battles done, but you get more trust when you kill the enemy gen, and normally camp party's are farming souls ne way, so all around easier. but also there is no chance for them to pop in camp. they are there until there dead ^^ so your not playing a game of chance each match just killing gens

I recently encountered Zhao Yun in a melee (with you Fearless iirc). Wow is he tough.

So Every time the general pops up, the one one your side you gain trust with if you keep him alive and do well, and this is for sure.
the enemy general on the other hand, im not sure, guessing you gain more trust with him buy killing him, when we finally get him, sort of banking it if you will, but that's never been confirmed and i can't find any info to back it up, so really not sure, you may have to start from scratch when we finally get the officer.... witch would suck
either way, ive killed him a number of times, and im sure adrastos has to, so when(if) we get him, we'll let you know if we have good trust with him or not.

Alright thankyou for the info. My musou barely scratched him. I really hate enemies who have armour, I struggle to kill them before they kill me.

so fear can you explain what are the condition to force an ennemy commander to appears during melee battle, cause its not very clear for me, 4 officer or 4 commander killed + SB??

they apear at random, the random is decided by you Military Skill level, or that of the party leaders.

so higher your skill more chance at having the Generals come out, while doing random "include enemy generals" in condition, in the custom game > options > conditions menu

ok thx fear i ve another question , does the domestic lvl can improve your capacity during battle , like cant be knock down, or soldier are stronger, or more??
